What to print

Departure list for tires, hitch, propane, battery, and keys
Packing list for bedding, clothing, kitchen, cords, and outdoor gear
Arrival list for leveling, power, water, sewer, and awning
Notes sheet for campsite number, gate code, quiet hours, and dump-station details

Low-ink setup

Use dark labels only where the eyes need them. The boxes and section dividers should stay light enough that pencil notes are still obvious.

Leave the margins wide. Campground phone numbers and trailer site notes end up in the margins almost every trip.

Print double-sided only if the paper stays flat. Wet picnic tables and thin paper are a rough mix.
